Directions:

1. Turn the power on by pressing the power button for 3 seconds (this will light up the LCD screen).

2. Choose your desired curling time by pressing the (S) button. We recommend experimenting with different time settings until you reach your desired look. See timer guide below.

3. Choose your desired temperature by pressing the (T) button. If it’s your first time using the device, we recommend starting on the lowest heat setting to start out, and then working your way up until you find your desired temperature. See temperature guide below.

4. Choose your spin direction using the (L|R) button. If the curl direction is set to left, the LCD screen will display an L. If the curl direction is set to right, the LCD screen will display an R. If you want to curl away from your face, use the R curl direction on the left side of your face, and the L curl direction on the right side of your face.

5. Hold the device against your head. The v-port should be facing away from your head.

6. Take a 1cm - 2cm section of hair and place it in the v-port. If larger sections of hair are used they will likely get tangled, which will cause the device to stop curling as a safety precaution. 

7. Press the spin button (the large silver button at the top), and hold your finger on this button until the curl is set.

8. The device will start beeping to count the seconds until the curl is set. When you hear 4 fast continuous beeps, you can release your curl from the device. Slide the device gently down your curl to release.

Timer Guide: 

• 8s - Looser curls/waves (or medium curls on fine hair). Device will continually beep after 8 seconds indicating you can release your hair.
• 10s - Medium curls/waves. Device will continually beep after 10 seconds indicating you can release your hair.
• 12s - Medium curls/waves. Device will continually beep after 12 seconds indicating you can release your hair.
• 15s - Tighter curls/waves. Device will continually beep after 15 seconds indicating you can release your hair.

Temperature Guide: 

• 140°C - 160°C - Suitable for fine hair and dyed hair
• 180°C - 200°C - Suitable for normal hair and thick. hair. Most people would use this temperature range.
• 220°C - 230°C - Suitable for very thick hair or hair that’s naturally curly.
