Warranty

While all of our products are extensively tested, we have a one year warranty on all of our products, which covers any malfunction or defect caused by workmanship. These start from date of purchase, so make sure to keep your receipt. 

Exceptions to the warranty are: 

• Damages caused by negligence, misuse, tampering, alteration, or failure to follow safety, operation or maintenance instructions. 
• Normal wear and tear. 
• If third party repairs have been made on the product.
• The product was not purchased from this online store.
